North Mid staff are set to enjoy a newly renovated outdoor wellbeing and fitness area, thanks to the Royal Free Charity.

Located in the Pymmes building courtyard, the gym includes fitness equipment like a boxing bag, chin-up bars and a table tennis table. The charity will also use the space to deliver a range of activities when the weather allows, including yoga and Zumba sessions.

Dr Nnenna Osuji, chief executive of North Middlesex University Hospital Trust, said I would like to thank our Royal Free Charity colleagues who supported in delivery of this initiative. It speaks to the heart of the partnership that we hold with the Royal Free Charity that it was delivered so quickly and efficiently. This is a wonderful addition to our staff wellbeing portfolio, and I am excited to see what we can deliver in the future for the patients, staff and local community at North Mid.”
