The Rec Club is a leisure centre providing stimulating and affordable gym facilities, a mixture of classes, pool, studio and sports hall hire. Increasing the amount of physical activity we undertake helps to relieve stress and anxiety as well as improving our overall health. Our club enables everyone to benefit from access to a pool, classes and the gym at an affordable rate while helping the Royal Free Charity to support patients and staff at our three hospitals.

Swim nature, Schools and studio 1

Walkway towards pool 

Access to the pool from reception will not be available for the duration of the works for the period indicated (11/11/24 – 06/12/24) due to essential roof repair and changing room air ventilation repair works. On your visit to the Rec Club please ensure you come to the reception first, those who attend swim nature lessons, schools and studio 1 classes will be directed to the far fire exit by studio 1.

Male Changing Room (wet side): This area will be closed between 25/11/24 – 06/12/24

Female Changing Room (wet side): This area will be closed between 09/12/24 – 13/12/24

The pool will be closed to the public 25/11/24-13/12/24 and will only be open to swim nature and school hire classes.
