The Royal Free Charity have launched their new fundraising challenge, Hands Up! for your hospital.
Why you should support the campaign
Our services directly improve the experience of patients and staff across our hospitals, but we can’t deliver them without your support.
By putting your hands up for your hospital, you can help us to deliver vital services that support 12,000 members of staff and the 1.6 million patients they care for across our hospitals.
• Our support hub helps patients with long-term health conditions so that they can receive practical support, such as housing, financial and benefits advice.
• Our complementary therapy service team provides specialised therapeutic massage to patients and staff.
• We deliver one of the NHS’s largest and most advanced volunteering services. Our dedicated volunteers offer companionship to patients with dementia, help with mealtimes on wards, direct patients to their appointments and much more.

There are lots of ways to put your hands up for your hospital. You can:
• handmake: get crafty and sell what you’ve made
• hand in: donate money you’d usually spend on take-away coffees
• hands on: take on a sponsored physical challenge

We fund what’s needed now. So, the funds raised from this challenge will go where they are most needed to support staff, patients and ground-breaking research helping us go further, faster, for all.
